Chest p.a

A chest PA Lateral X-ray is a radiograph of the thoracic cavity, ordered to examine the lungs, chest cavity and its divisions (such as the mediastinum cavity) as well as the great vessels of the heart. This procedure is the most commonly performed diagnostic X-ray examination. This X-ray series consists of two views, the PA view and the lateral view.

KUB Region

This type of abdominal x-ray is used by urologists when a patient is experiencing unknown pain in their back, flank or abdomen. This diagnostic tool can help identify tumors, urinary blockages and stones in the kidneys, ureters, and bladder.

L.S. SPINE A.P. & Lat

This test uses X rays to generate the images of lumbar spine (lower back) which consists of 5 vertebrae. It is used to check instability of spine in spondylolisthesis which is a spinal condition that causes lower back pain. It is also used to diagnose osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, abnormal curvature or degenerative changes in the lumbar spine.

Cervical SPINE A.P.Lat

X-Ray Cervical Spine AP & LAT View test is used to visualize the first seven vertebral bones (C1 - C7) of the spinal column (backbone) located in the neck region. This test helps visualize intervertebral discs and the surrounding soft tissues like skin and muscles. The X-ray image is black and white. Dense structures such as the bones appear white, while softer tissues such as the skin and muscles appear darker.

P.N.S

Your peripheral nervous system (PNS) is one of two main parts of your body’s nervous system. Your PNS feeds information into your brain from most of your senses. It carries signals that allow you to move your muscles. Your PNS also delivers signals that your brain uses to control vital, unconscious processes like your heartbeat and breathing.

Your peripheral nervous system (PNS) is that part of your nervous system that lies outside your brain and spinal cord. It plays key role in both sending information from different areas of your body back to your brain, as well as carrying out commands from your brain to various parts of your body.

Some of those signals, like the ones to your heart and gut, are automatic. Others, like the ones that control movement, are under your control.

Your peripheral nervous system has two main subsystems: autonomic and somatic.

  • Autonomic: These are nervous system processes your brain runs automatically and without you thinking about them.
  • Somatic: These are functions you manage by thinking about them.

H.S.G

A hysterosalpingogram or HSG is an x-ray procedure used to see whether the fallopian tubes are patent (open) and if the inside of the uterus (uterine cavity) is normal. HSG is an outpatient procedure that usually takes less than 5 minutes to perform. It is usually done after the menstrual period ends but before ovulation.
